A little about Stephanie Ross:

Hi!

My name is Stephanie Ross, a mom of two, and a Certified Postpartum Doula. I am a child expert in sleep needs, nutrition and eating schedules. My own personal experience has led to my passion of wanting all children and parents to be well rested. I have trained under THE best sleep consultant and, with several years of personal experience helping families, I welcome the opportunity to work with yours.

There is great benefit to breaking through the clutter of all the sleep books and unnecessary baby gear like swings, and in turn creating an environment that nurtures sleep. I do work with families prior to the arrival of a newborn, helping to review the "gear" as well as introduce the sleeping and feeding schedule that will foster a healthy and happy newborn experience. I also work with families after birth to get a child back on track who may not be sleeping all night after 4 months or who may be struggling with naps.

Infants and toddlers who lack the proper amount of sleep are often cranky or clingy. For mothers of sleep deprived children, the lack of sleep can increase the risk of postpartum depression, for couples this can lead to marital discord.

During my time with you, we’ll discuss the child’s habits and schedule while we work together to instill corrective permanent habits that will promote the child’s ability to welcome sleep and become well rested. My consultation can be followed up by scheduled phone calls to troubleshoot any questions during the all important sleep training period.

Sleep Well,
Stephanie

And when daughter wakes, she wants mom/dad bed...help! We need them to go to sleep faster and without Mom. Still won't sleep for anyone else...so mom gets no time away.

My 9 wk g/g twins do fairly well but i'm going back to work and they will be in daycare. I feel like breaking our routine is going to have a negative effect on them.
